ABOUT THE ACTS: THE CITY ABOVE: The City Above has been called one of Ottawa's must see undiscovered bands. The well respected Chartattack.com says their most recent album is "a fresh sound among the current crop of bands in Ottawa." The Ottawa Citizen picked listed them on their '10 tracks you can't miss' list.

THE POLYMORPHINES BIO: The Polymorphines are full of blazing guitar riffs backed by soulful baselines and exploding kick and snare drums. This inspiring new band boasts a sound reminiscent of a different era that will appeal to those who understand what Rock n' Roll is really about.

TREVOR THOMPSON BIO: Trevor- an up and coming comedian- is the Host of Ottawa’s only real regular cutting edge comedy night. Trevor has toured extensively, including appearing to critical acclaim at both the London and Halifax Fringe Festivals.

ARMS OF THE GIRL BIO combines very diverse musical interests. The result? Not chaos, but musical fusion. Their most recent release of Recipe for Living represented a shift in focus for the band truly gaining their stride.

THE CAUSE: As long as 500 people come out this event will help pay for the Shepherd’s Annual meal for 500 Homeless. So bring all your friends!
